I took my 3 kids here today. With my youngest not wanting to have anything to do with anyone here. Jomarris I believe her name was was able to comfort my youngest and get him to relax and was even able to do the full cleaning, x-rays and all with out any tears. Will definitely be coming back

I’d like to thank Margie from Pediatric Dental Group for recommending us to try them after hearing how difficult it was becoming for my son to get treatment at another practice. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the receptionist Sol she was super kind. The dental assistant that tended to my son was Yomarie and I don’t know how but she was able to do the cleaning and x-rays, my son told her she was the best. Then Dr. Aina came in and she explained to us everything that needed to be done, she was very nice and as parents we loved that she made sure that every issue was addressed and came up with a plan. Last but definitely not least I want to mention Jocelyn, from setting up my appointment for my first visit over the phone to setting up the following appointment for the procedures, she went above and beyond to take care of us and made sure everything was explained in detail, the level of attention received was incredible and she definitely won over my sons heart because he kept asking if she’s our friend because she was so nice and caring. I’m beyond grateful for the wonderful experience.

I can’t say enough great things about this office! My son had a horrible toothache, and when we called, they made him an appointment the very same day and fit us in right away without hesitation to make sure he felt better as soon as possible. We drive over an hour just to come here, and it is absolutely worth it. Sol at the front desk, Imari at checkout, Marianne the dental assistant, and Dr. Daewood were all so kind, patient, and caring with my son. They made both of us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Amazing dental offices are hard to find, but this one is truly one of a kind. Don’t hesitate to bring your child here they will feel safe, comfortable, and not afraid. Thank you to the team at Pediatric Dental Group, you guys rock!

My 5-year-old son has been going to Pediatric Dental Group since 2022, and we’ve consistently had wonderful experiences at both Lake Nona locations. The offices are beautiful, the staff is always kind and attentive, and his dentist, Dr. Hernández, is incredibly sweet, caring, and professional. This time, I especially want to recognize the hygienist who treated my son today, Mariana Unda. She was exceptionally loving, patient, gentle, and sensitive throughout the entire visit. She truly made this the most positive, fun, and comfortable dental experience for my son. Thank you so much, Mariana, for your kindness and dedication. It truly made a difference for our family!!!

I personally had a great experience! My child had to get a tooth removed, and the entire procedure went very well. We are now two weeks post surgery, and everything has healed beautifully. I felt the staff and providers were very thorough throughout the entire process. I had a lot of anxiety because this was my child’s first time going under anesthesia, but they truly took the time to walk me through everything from what insurance would and would not cover to answering every question I had on the day of surgery. One thing I especially appreciated was the video they showed beforehand explaining exactly what would happen during the procedure. That honestly helped calm my nerves. The only issue I experienced was difficulty reaching someone by phone when calling the office. Thankfully, they do offer a texting option, which worked perfectly for me. Also, on the day of surgery, the scheduled time kept getting pushed back. Originally, it was supposed to be at 12:45 PM, but it was finally moved to 5 PM. While the surgery was completed successfully at that time, it did make coordinating with my job a little difficult since I had to keep adjusting my schedule throughout the day. Thankfully
